Easy tips for weight loss

Two of the easiest tips to make a difference in weight loss, I have learned and share with my friends is:
1. Set a timer every 45 mins to an hour and drink a glass or bottle of ice water! Try to have one right away when waking, it kickstarts your metabolism!
2. Buy a pedometer and track your steps- goal is 10, 000 steps a day. By walking this you are walking 3-4 miles which if you do every day will at the very least usually maintain your weight if you eat the same. Usually, your weight will start dropping.  You may need to work your way to 10K, anything and everything is better!  Buy the cheap ones as you will lose and misplace them. I have about 2-4 at any given time, cheapies from walmart. Also, the new Ipod has one on there.
